Adv. Barzelay is a member of the Renewable Energy, Projects and infrastructure department at the firm, and holds an expertise in Renewable Energy bids, especially in matters related to foundation of solar farms for electricity production.
Adv. Barzelay graduated from Haifa University (LL.B, Magna Cum Laude) at the class of 2009.
During her studies, Adv. Barzelay worked as a research assistant for Dr. Tal Zharsky at his property law course at Haifa university law faculty. Adv. Barzelay also volunteered for the movement against the poverty in Israel (NPO).
Prior to her official authorization by the Israel Bar Association in 2010, Adv. Barzelay worked as a legal intern at Hamburger Evron & Co.
