Adv. Berelowitz is a partner at Hamburger Evron & Co.'s, international law commercial department. Steven's fields of expertise are commercial and corporate law and international transactions.
Steven represents technology and high tech companies and consults entrepreneurs and companies on every stage of the companies' circle of life (incorporation, angel financing, venture capital financing, commercial transactions, exit transactions and corporate restructuring). Among other, Steven was involved in a complex sale of a technology business division to the Israel Aerospace Industries and represented a leading insurance company in the acquisition of provident funds from financial institutes.
Steven provides counseling to real estate development companies and energy and infrastructure industries in their activities in Israel and aboard and has an in-depth acquaintances and vast personal connections with foreign law firms.
During the years of his academic studies, Steven was a research assistant to Professor M. Rabello, head of the Harry and Michael Sacher Institute for Legislative Research and Comparative Law at the Hebrew university of Jerusalem. Steven is a bachelor of law (LL.B, with honors) and business administration studies (B.A), both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
