Adv. Ben Frankel is a member of the firm’s Commercial Department
Ben specializes in commercial and corporate law, including ongoing legal consultation to companies and support for investment cycles and fundraising. Ben draws up commercial agreements, including confidentiality agreements, service agreements, founders and shareholders agreements, purchase agreements and business agreements.
In addition, Ben is engaged in the fields of renewable energy and infrastructure, including representing companies and private parties, including various investors, on the subject of planning, implementation, financing and operation of projects in the field of renewable energy, including drawing up EPC and O&M agreements.
Ben holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (B.A.) and Law (LL.B) from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya (2011) and a master’s degree in Political Science from the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf (2012).
He was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2013.
Prior to his work at Hamburger Evron & Co., Ben served as legal counsel at a leading company engaged in the field of infrastructure and industry.
