Adv. Karin Bresler is a partner at Hamburger Evron & Co., and a member of the Real Estate and Banking & Finance Departments at the firm.
Adv. Bresler handles a broad range of real estate transactions, including preliminary checks into land rights, sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements for office space, managing negotiations, drafting project financing agreements vis-à-vis various finance providers, drafting contracts, supporting contractors and developers through residential projects and construction agreements, and advising developers during tenders issued by the Israel Land Authority and the Ministry of Construction, as well as on co-ownership and purchase group agreements.
Karin also handles credit and financing transactions and provides comprehensive legal services with respect to project financing, including handling the collateral required to secure such financing.
Karin holds dual degrees in law (LL.B) and Economics (B.A.), both from Tel Aviv University (class of 2011) and also holds a master’s degree (M.R.E. – Master of Real-Estate) from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology (Class of 2015).
