Adv. Oshri Yamin is a partner at Hamburger Evron & Co., and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department.
His practice includes dealing with a wide range of real estate transactions, including combination deals, real estate partnership agreements, rental agreements and investment property management agreements, sales and acquisitions agreements, contractor agreements and consultants agreements, project support agreements with various financing institutions, etc. In addition, Oshry provides ongoing support to contractors and developers in residential projects and in tenders with the Israel Land Authority and the Ministry of Construction and Housing, including the purchase of the land, the construction of the project and the sale of the apartments and the registration of the rights at the Land Registry Office and at the Israel Land Authority.
In the framework of his support for various deals, Oshry is engaged in preliminary investigations related to land rights, negotiation management, compiling agreements, managing the interfaces with the various authorities (local authorities, the Israel Land Authority, the Ministry of Construction and Housing, etc.) and registration of rights at the Land Registry Office and the Israel Land Authority, including the registration of condominiums.
Oshri holds an LL.B from the University of Haifa (class of 2012).
