Adv. Ram Museri is a member of the legal team in the Planning and Building and Administrative Law Departments at law firm Hamburger Evron & Co.
Ram has extensive experience in advising, supporting and representing developers and private clients on a variety of planning processes before the different planning bodies and in the courts. Among others, he handles objections, contestations and appeals, claims under Section 197 of the Planning and Building Law, appeals against betterment levy charges, and claims for payment of expropriation compensation.
In addition to his legal work, Ram is a member of the firm’s team responsible for recruiting and training its interns.
Ram, who completed his internship at Hamburger Evron & Co., has been a member of the Israel Bar since 2008.
He has an LL.B from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Class of 2007).
