Adv. Steven Berelowitz is a lead partner in the International Transactions Department and Renewable Energy Department at law firm Hamburger Evron & Co., and heads the Africa Department.
The lion’s share of Adv. Berelowitz’s practice is devoted to that area at the intersection of corporate law, international transactions, and counselling on projects and ventures in Israel and abroad, including all aspects of commercial law. Steven heads the team of attorneys and provides comprehensive legal representation to his clients.
Steven has considerable experience in a variety of areas from the legal world, including real estate transactions in Israel and around the world, acquisition and sale of companies and businesses, venture capital investments, partnerships and joint ventures.
Steven represents both local entrepreneurs and international corporations in all matters concerned with one of the most fascinating and fastest developing fields in Israel – the field of renewable energy.
Over the years, and after having worked closely with foreign law firms, Steven has created an extensive network of contacts that includes people from the business and corporate world, as well as service providers and organizations in the different markets. This network of contacts allows Steven to provide his clients with a complete legal solution, all under a single roof.
Steven is author of the chapter on Israel in the international periodical, Getting the Deal Through, in the issue reviewing foreign investments.
Steven has an LL.B cum laude, and a B.A in business studies, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Class of 1999).
