Adv. Tom Wolfstein is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department.

Tom specializes in real estate, urban renewal, and zoning law, including drafting of agreements for sale and purchase of real estate, advising purchase groups and supporting residential projects, including urban renewal projects, and providing legal advice on zoning and construction, including proceedings before planning institutions and courts.

Tom also conducts preliminary examinations regarding land rights, manages negotiation proceedings, formulates agreements, manages interactions with various authorities, registers rights with the Land Registry and the Israel Land Authority, and more.

Tom holds dual degrees in law (LL.B) cum laude and Business Administration (B.A) cum laude, both from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya (class of 2013). During his studies he was included in the Dean’s List.

Prior to being admitted to the Israel Bar in 2015, Tom completed his legal internship at Hamburger Evron & Co.
