Adv. Yael Mesinger Ashkenazi is an associate in the Planning, Zoning & Building department alongside the litigation department of the firm.
Yael specializes in legal representation of individuals and corporations, commercial and administrative proceedings in different civil instances. Yael handles a variety of planning and construction procedures throughout their approvals, obtaining building permits, administrative petitions, appeals and more.
Yael holds an LL.B from Bar-Ilan University (class of 2016). During her studies, she was a member of the editorial board of the Law faculty’s journal, in collaboration with the Israeli Democracy Institute.
Yael received a mediation diploma from Bar Ilan University in 2017 and earned a master’s degree in administration, conflict resolution and negotiations from Bar Ilan University in 2018.
Prior to her admission to the Israeli bar, Yael completed her internship at Hamburger Evron & Co.
