Adv. Yael Urieli is a partner at Hamburger Evron & Co., where she is one of the lead attorneys in the firm’s Planning and Building and Renewable Energy Departments.
Adv. Urieli represents her clients on a regular basis before the various planning bodies. She handles proceedings with local committees, district committees, and the national council, and appeals to the district appeals committees as well as filing administrative petitions. She also advises on all the proceedings relating to promotion of zoning plans and the issue of complex permits. Yael leads on complex proceedings on issues involving betterment levies and claims under Section 197 of the Planning and Building Law.
Yael handles complex real estate transactions for the firm’s key clients, integrating to this end the considerable body of knowledge and experience she has accumulated in planning & building and real estate.
In her renewable energy practice, Yael represents leading companies in the field. She advises entrepreneurs, among others, on all aspects of proceedings before the planning authorities on large-scale renewable energy projects, including photovoltaic and wind energy power generation.
Yael holds an LL.B cum laude from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Class of 1993). She also holds an M.A. in conflict resolution and mediation from Tel Aviv University (Class of 2015).
