Adv. Sobol is a partner at Hamburger Evron & Co., and among the heads of the corporate, high tech & bio tech departments.
Yaron represents several venture capital funds and technology companies, and he is an expert in technology law, especially in matters related to R&D, licensing and transferring technology, as well in matters related to the capital market.
Furthermore, Yaron provides legal counseling to clients on various aspects of the planning and the implementation of their chosen corporate, financial or M&A structure.
Between the years 1996-2001 Yaron established and managed several technological ventures, in which he was responsible for the planning and the implementation of international corporate and business structures. This experience included dealing with all aspects pf IP and technology law, including licensing, joint ventures, R & D transactions with local and foreign partners, financing and more.
Yaron accumulated experience as a foreign lawyer in Wilmer Cutler Pickering law firm in Washington DC (1990-1991). In addition, Yaron was a teaching assistant at Tel Aviv University's Recanati school of Business Administration (1987) and as a research assistant at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law (1986).
Yaron is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law (LL.B), 1987, and graduate of the American University at Washington D.C., for International legal studies (LL.M), 1990.
