General Overview

Among the numerous well established law practices that can be found across Israel’s legal landscape today, there are very few, if any, that come close to offering the unique combination of professional talents and services that have become synonymous with the name Hamburger Evron & Co.

Well known for its illustrious leadership in defining the exemplary standard within Israel’s legal profession, Hamburger Evron & Co. stands apart as a paradigm of excellence.

Hamburger Evron & Co. was established in 1928 by the late Arie Hamburger, and since the mid seventies was headed by its senior partner Amnon Evron until his death in June of 2006. Hamburger Evron & Co. in its present form is the result of a merger between Hamburger Evron & Co. and S. Pines & Co., established in 1990.  The firm consists of 31 lawyers including 11 partners, and an average of 8 to 12 legal interns arriving at the firm each year, as well as an experienced management and administrative staff.

Throughout the decades, the firm has steadily evolved into a highly diversified practice, and has emerged to become one of the premier law firms in Israel, taking a lead role in numerous high profile legal matters and cases in the country.

The firm has a distinguished history and takes considerable pride in having represented and continuing to represent, nearly all of the largest banks in Israel, large industrial, construction and development corporations, municipalities and local authorities, technology and early growth corporations as well as investment houses and Venture Capital Funds.

The phenomenal transition of the firm from a solo practice into one of the foremost, dynamic and versatile law offices today is no coincidence and is largely attributable to its strict adherence to the guiding principles of maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, devoting maximum attention to the client’s needs and above all ensuring the integrity of the legal profession.
